Because March is "my month" :-D and I am one year "wiser" now, I would like to celebrate with everybody by an active movement. So I just called out a challenge called #32Active and would love if you guys join me :-)
So what is it about?
From tomorrow - March 3rd, be active every day for at least 32 minutes. The challenge lasts for 32 days as well. Any activity (trampolines are preferred :-D), any intensity, but keep moving every day :-)
I guess you know why it's connected so much with a number 32, but keep it for yourselves :-D
Anyway, I will be crossposting people who tag me in posts/IG stories, so don't forget to tag me if you share your effort :-)
