Hi I very much enjoy Jumping Fitness and have the Fusion part in my classes as well. However, I do need a litttle inspiration for more Fusion exercises 😁 Could U do some post/exercises just with Fusion? And in a Fusion class: How many exercises do u recommend? And how often do U change routine in exercises? I have a Fusion class once per week, and I try to change every time, thats maybe why I need inspiration 😉
