I just added a new category and don't want you to miss it 🙏 There have been frequent questions about stretching videos, so I finally finished the very first one :-) For stretching, I decided to opt for 10 minutes long sessions :-) To be honest, I am able to do stretching for 5 minutes max - not a fan of slow workouts 😂 But I pushed myself for you :-D And actually, I did go by pretty fast as I was going through.
I also switch positions frequently faster than most YouTube videos which perform different exercises after 45s/1minute. That doesn't have to do anything with effectiveness, it just makes it easier for editing. But to me - it feels too slow :-)
