Private Online Classes
- Standard workout length: 50 minutes
- Class types - Jumping Fitness, Circuit Training/Strengthening
- With or without trampoline (of course :-))
- Maximum up to 6 people in one "online room" (small group training)
- Lessons are built upon your requirements (class type, focus, etc.)
- English/Czech, All timezones possible :-)
So how it works? :-)
First, thank you for considering taking a private class with me! If you decide to give it a go, I will try to personalize the class to you as much as I can. With more than 12 years of experience in group exercises of various formats, I have more than enough inspiration up in my sleeve.
Workouts will be realized via the Zoom platform and you are required to have a camera on as well - I need to watch your form, motivate you and want to see how you are doing. Due to the Online nature of the training, I don't want to exceed the number of 6 participants. Otherwise I can't focus on all members and the difficulty to control you efficiently grows exponentially. If you want to invite me "online" for bigger classes, please reach out to me and let's discuss possible options.
Persons attending the training don't need to be in the same room or connected through one account. So you can have a class with me even with a friend on the other side of the world :-D We just need to find a time which works for all of us :-)
